who was it that was saying that the NFL losing a salary cap wouldn't be bad because baseball was doing just fine without one?

well, they spent $220 million on a non-playoff appearance last year

so that makes the screwed up competitive balance of baseball a figment of everyones imagination?!?!

small market teams have to work twice as hard and be twice as smart, compared to the big markets, to just not get run off the field.
