Honestly wondering if this team is a little burnt out. 5 straight years of playing full seasons and going to the Title Game or Super Bowl. You can only hold that kind of ‘focus’ together for so long. Think it’s REALLY wearing on Pat and Travis this year. They’re tired. At times, Kelce appears checked out. Mahomes is beyond frustrated with the offense.

Think they just all need a break this off season. Likely a quick one and done in the postseason (if they can manage to win one of the last 2 games). That’s okay, though

Rest and refresh. Veach: fix the freakin WR room. It’s embarrassing. Get the LT spot solidified. Be back next year to kick ass and take the AFC over again.

This has not been a fun year, but still a lot of great years coming up going forward.

Does Andy have the energy and motivation to aggressively re-imagine the offense this offseason?

It’s going to take an infusion of new ideas… in addition to personnel upgrades… to get this offense back to its previous standard.

Keeping Nagy and re-arranging his existing in-house coaching staff won’t cut it.

The Playoffs are all that matter. If the Chiefs win it all people will say they were just sleep walking all season. If they play LIKE THAT in the Playoffs it's over anyway.

Win it all? This team is 1 and done. But that should in no way take anything away from past accomplishments. But they certainly need to make major changes in the offseason.

I think if it was that simple the Detroit loss would have been enough to wake these guys up. It's more than that. There's something seriously wrong with this team.

Is Terry Bradshaw right when he said this is a tired football team? He said this also in reference to Philly. Maybe he's right. The lack of energy and the high amount of costly mental errors points to something of that nature. It's turning a dream season into a nightmare pretty quick..

I think we should count our blessings a little however. We're still in good shape to make the Playoffs and the team is pretty healthy. I say this while thinking how the Bengals season has gone. They took us down to the wire in the AFCCG.

Tired and everyone has been paid and is fat and happy.

It’s human nature to rest on your laurels a bit when you’re at the top.

The only guy on offense who plays with any intensity is Rashee and that’s because he hasn’t won anything personally in this league and hasn’t gotten paid yet.

Everyone else either has a fat contract and or a ring or two and is content this season.

It happens to every good team eventually.

Pacheco and CEH are playing w passion. Pacheco had a really bad game today though.

I will say this our equipment guys have got to do a better job. Due to Pacheco's helmet coming off not once, but twice, he got a concussion. That can't happen.

I forgot to mention but it's crazy how bad some of Veach's offensive line signings have been. It really showed in this Raiders game. Our Oline got dominated.
