Think for a minute about what you're saying.

You made a list of All-Pro players in the front 7 yet we aren't good against the run because of ONE GUY?

I'm honestly trying to figure it out. There were times when our run defense looked ****ing impregnable and there were times when I felt I could average 5 YPC running through it.

I think Houston, DJ and Poe are very good against the run. Hali is probably not on their level. I saw Akeem Jordan miss several tackles/gaps in limited time. Devito and Jackson are supposed to be two hogs but they just rarely seem to make an impact.

It just seemed like whenever our linemen made a play against the run it was always Poe. I rarely remember seeing Devito or Jackson rip off their guy and make the stop themselves.

I don't think that's it at all...I just think the DC is a stubborn old ball coach that couldn't make adjustments to save his families lives.

The amount of snaps some of those guys played was just silly...it's especially bad when you watch games like the SD finale where the backups showed the ability to play at a very high level.

These guys were gassed towards the end of the year.
