That would be a lot of mayo, but I guess it probably is the best theory.
And yeah, an apple milkshake seems like a waste of ice cream. I'm certainly not averse to having a milk shake with my burger, but I think it's properly eaten (drank?) after the burger and not alongside the burger. Do you eat a milk shake or do you drink a milk shake?
