The weird thing is that several of those items don't scream out that they're high calorie. How do you pack 2,000 calories into a tuna melt?

Lots of places have 'artisan' bread that has shockingly high calories, especially with the new fad of melting cheese on top of it. I've heard that Panera is the ultimate in looking healthy but packing in the calories because of their bread.
