Pats Cheating Comfirmed

According to the report, the league sources say the NFL determined 11 of the 12 footballs used by the Patriots were under-inflated by two pounds per square inch each. Per NFL rules, footballs are required to be inflated between 12.5 and 13.5 PSI and weigh between 14 and 15 ounces.

But don't really because I kind of like Giselle.
I doubt it was Brady. He has no priors, is known for his work ethic on studying the game and putting in time to prepare. Why go through all that when he could just cheat? Why risk it either when it will come out at some point? That would be stupid and Brady is not stupid. Brady admits he like a soft ball but it's on the soft side of the psi reqs at 12.5. This is my opinion but Brady has openly said that he considers the 12.5 psi perfect. That number is legal. So that much is fact as to what he prefers. Since no one knows how high the psi was we don't know how much they deflated as a fact.

The team was punished, but no you don't pin it on them all. That would be unjust. Sure the organization is responsible for what their members do, but it doesn't mean they were all in the know or involved. That just increases the risk of being caught. In Spygate certain others knew, but again BB admitted to using video openly in year 2000 so ordered others to do it. Did they know the rule? I doubt it. Not if the league had to clarify to everyone in the NFL.

As such, most of us have broken some laws. It makes us all criminals. ) It's about the rules and regulations of a game. Obviously, he didn't win on that basis did he? I am fine on that. But the two points are separate.

How many priors would indicate a pattern to you?
More than one at a minimum. A pattern is something that is recurring, it is not one. For me a pattern would be three. I supposed a pattern begins to emerge with two but three establishes it. I also don't consider going back to 1919 like someone did for establishing a pattern since that was a different team and organization.

I thought he didn't hide it because he didn't know the rules?

That doesn't sound eerily familiar?

Also, using the analogy of someone cheating in a relationship meaning always a cheater. I don't agree. Some regret cheating, particularly after losing their family and vow to change. Some don't. Some are serial cheaters. It depends on the individual. I believe some people do change and others don't.

So, Patriots cheating is not, in fact, confirmed, according to the NFL.

I agree. But I don't think the world perceives that. Most everyone here gives me a pass on cheating on psycho but I bet anyone I picked up from here would wonder about my typing at 3am from another room.

I said he had a different interpretation of the rules which was that the video tape could not be used in the current game they taped. I did not say he didn't know the rule at all. BB said he never used any of that during a current game. The NFL had to send out a memo clarifying the rule, which is a fact.

My point was that his behavior was consistent with his testimony is all. Not that he still wasn't guilty of violating the rule, which he was.

I see that as a relationship being over. If the guy was psycho and you had to get out without him knowing as he could harm you, I can see that as being forgivable.
Just as I can see an abused wife killing a physically abusing husband when in the act.

Or the driving force? At least that's what SI reports. http://www.si.com/nfl/2015/01/26/nfl...il-deflategate

Also, why is it okay for your side to claim the balls were "intentionally" deflated with no proof or impugning Brady as a liar just because of BB's past actions?
It comes across as the pot calling the kettle black.

As to how many balls were 2 psi low or 1 psi low, I already posted and linked different sources earlier in the thread saying that it was closer to 1 psi for most of the balls with 1 ball being 2 psi lower.
My claim was that there's no evidence that Kensil gave the info about the 2 psi. In order to prove that, I'd have to link you to all information in recorded history to show that nothing says he said it.

That's stupid.

Yes, you provided links saying the 1 psi thing, but they all go back to Florio hearing some guy say that 10 MAY BE closer to 1 psi under.

It's okay to disagree with me.

And btw, I had to do the same thing with an physically abusive boyfriend I lived with when I was younger just to get me out of it.

Okay.

It seems there's a lot of contradictory data on the psi would you agree?
Unless we know what psi each ball was, even if they varied but within the regulations, then it's hard to establish how much they went down, no?
