According to the report, the league sources say the NFL determined 11 of the 12 footballs used by the Patriots were under-inflated by two pounds per square inch each. Per NFL rules, footballs are required to be inflated between 12.5 and 13.5 PSI and weigh between 14 and 15 ounces.

Illegal radio systems? I've only heard that rumor in reference to Doug Flutie grabbing Tom Brady's helmet. Neither of those people were Broncos. In fact, they were Patriots.

He listed number of SB wins (2) plus the fact that they'd gotten busted for the uniform violations.

It is significant. Saying "Mike Shanahan cheated" can attract a lot of attention, which can be a very negative thing if you're found to not be telling the truth. Couching it in vague terms is a way to protect yourself.

There's a big difference between cancelling a walkthrough and taking the time to do it, but with fake plays that would not benefit your team in any way.
