So nobody in this organization has the courage to tell Andy that his pass happy playcalling and red zone trickery is not working as expected? We have two OCs, a veteran QB who is supposed to be an astute student of the game and a GM who has been around elite offenses in the past. I wonder what they discuss during the week.
It also looks like Andy places too much emphasis on if it works in practice it must work in the game except without a real feel for how the game is progressing.

To be fair, we were a laughingstock when he came to town and now are considered a playoff team with reasonable aspirations for a title. He's far from perfect, but he's a hell of a lot better than what we had before him. I'd guess anyone we brought in would have flaws, and he's no different. But he does win games, even if we question if he has the juice to get us to the promised land.

Last year we were 1-1 and should have been 2-0 (Charles fumble returned for TD), and passed 58 times out of 118 snaps for a 49% passing vs 51% run. Then we went the next 4 games with 152 passes out of 236 snaps. 64% pass vs 36% run. Record 0-4. Next 11 games, 280 passes out of 609 plays. 46% pass vs 54% run. Record 11-0. Last game vs NE 50 passes out of 82 snaps. 61% pass 39% run. Loss.

That is what they should be discussing.
