That is the failsafe excuse...look at the photo above and justify it.

It's WHEN the penalties are called and the final impact that matters...calling a holding in the 1st quarter isn't the same as a PI on 4th down that would end the game. Taking off a late TD isn't the same as offsides...

Raiders outscored their opponents 42-0 in the final 3 minutes...if you read what I re-posted from a Raider forum..you see why. They took points off the Titans game, allowed the game to continue vs. the Saints & Bucs (4th down PI)...didnt call a UR penalty vs. the Ravens. Called the Texan short 3 times in row... That is a bloated stat that the officiating created...

At least one Raider fan saw the same shit I did...and was honest enough to point it out.
