I have gained and lost over 250 pounds in the last 15 years and it sucks being prone to overweight. I lost 80 pounds from March 22 2017 to August 2018 and now in the last 6 months I've put 50-55 back on.
I have such a lust for good food that it sucks.... I wish I had a swimmer's body rather than a caveman's.
