I went and watched a few Post Malone videos after that since I had no idea what his music sounded like. I feel like he’s one of those ideas that started off as a joke and turned into a hit - like GWAR or something. Squirrely-looking white guy singing auto-tuned love ballads but the lyrics are stupid balla gangster rap BS.

Like just imagine auto-tune Ed Sheehan with a slightly electronic beat and the music is the exact same. Something for the chicks and the dudes can at least take solace in the lyrics and the fact that literally anyone could do that. Ooh it's a white guy with face tattoos and gold teeth singing about Bentleys. So unique!
