This is an easy one for me. Virginia is almost a perfect house that's on a nice-size plot of land that's located within easy distance of a major metropolitan area. It's big enough to meet all of my needs, too.

Delaware is a fine house, but it's half the size and I don't like sand being tracked in.

Virginia for me.

Same. That Delaware home is one I wouldn't want irregardless. Just bland and right on top of others.
