Black coaches who are well represented in these areas are not getting nearly as many opportunities either.

Again, we’re not talking about 50/50 representation. We’re talking 1/32 on a predominantly black demographic league. You think that’s entirely explained a way by white qbs? I get that the reason behind this is complex and not as sinister as some make it to be. But how can anyone dispute that something feels very off about that?
I’m not going to continue arguing with you when on one hand you say it’s not racism, but on the other you are clearly implying that it is.

Honestly, what the **** are you even arguing here?

You’re talking out of both sides of your mouth and making little to no sense because of it.

Dan Campbell came form NO with Detroit’s black GM. Why don’t you ask him about that? While you’re at it, ask Poles and Kwesi why they didn’t hire black coaches. I’d love to hear the answer

Arthur Smith was an OC in Tennessee and called the plays. That was 100% HIS offense. He still fits the trend, he’s not against the grain at all.

Unless you can find more black billionaires, this is always going to happen. People tend to hire people like them. Same views, same upbringing, same hobbies, same values. It's not even intentional.

With that said, there is hiring inequity everywhere. Short people, ugly people, introverted people are disproportionately not promoted and passed up by people of less merit & quality work product. It's interesting how we have no groups who come to their attention.

Tell you what, lets fire Andy Reid and give EB the reigns. We'll just go Andy Reid is too white and we want a black guy to have the gig.

True. The problem with the lawsuit and the above comparison is that there is not one employer hiring 32 positions. You really need to look at each franchise and who they considered and ultimately hired. A bad optic hire might be a lot more important to a woke city than a mid west team. If Reid stepped down, team decided to promote EB I doubt a protest of that hire on optics goes anywhere. So saying team X still hired so and so with a DUI or this begs the question as to how their decision was made v other teams.

Like the lawsuit compares the firing of Wilkes to the Cards retaining Klingsbury simply based on wins and losses. That is just stupid. More goes into coaching decisions then simple wins and losses.

Why does that have to be racism? I never said it was. I highly doubt GMs are ruling black coaches out because they’re black. But for whatever reason these guys aren’t advancing in the pipeline and I highly doubt it’s because, as you said, they don’t like to teach. Certainly isn’t about talent. So why is this happening? You can explain some of it away but you can’t explain 31/32. That is way beyond a simple margin of error.

Guessing I am just looking at what his class action is asking for and yes it seems pretty extreme. But it would not be surprising that due to wokeness the NFL has to concede some to make this go away if the court does not toss it early. IF a minority group is able to come up 3 billion of the 4 billion the Broncos are expected to sell, does the NFL find away to make it happen?

JFC.

There are no “guys” plural that “aren’t advancing in the pipeline”. There’s EB. That’s it. Every other name you came up with is a very young up and coming coach that has not in any way been treated unfairly. One would already have a job if it weren’t for other demands from his side (Leftwitch).

Let’s get specific here. What organizations do you feel are refusing to hire black coaches? Let’s start there, then we’ll talk more.

Giants but that’s just my opinion.

Yet just 3 years ago there was 7 black head coaches. Which one could say was well over the margin of error if your going by population.
