Emmanuel Ogbah is a perfect example of a reclamation project that worked out. Of course they aren’t going to work out most of the time. That doesn’t mean you should stop trying. They’re all low risk high reward moves.

Yeah, I just want to know about the first rounders that have busted elsewhere and then panned out. And not just with the Chiefs either really.

I can name several chiefs who would be considered reclamation or scrap heap players who have been contributors but I can't think of very many 1st rounders who get cut then have a productive second career.

I agree with your last two sentences. I'm not saying not to bring him in for a look to kick the tires, just that expectations should be real low as should the contract amount.
