This is a deep DE class. There's no reason to take 3 just to cover your ass because you wasted a pick on Ojabo. Take 2 that you know can play and be done with it.

All of this talk of hedging your bets so you can take a huge question mark in Ojabo is just foolish.

We can agree to disagree based on our personal levels of comfort with usage of resources. I’m a lot more of a gambler than you are. All of these DEs after the first 3-4 have flaws on or off field that could limit or completely derail their careers.

The difference with Ojabo is his upside is the best pass rusher from this class and a guy that can play end or OLB in this defense…that’s another part of why I’d take 3. You can get all 3 on the field at the same time to overload if you want while also mainly rotating the 3 to keep them fresh. I’m not the only one that sees a lot of DT in him.

It's not that I don't see his ability, it's that Ojabo's ability is entirely dependent on his explosive first step. There's no guarantee that his first step even exists after blowing an Achilles, let alone that he'll be 100%.

Hell, you could take x3 DE's AND x3 WR's and STILL have 6 Total picks to spend on the rest of the team which is damn near the typical 7 picks in a draft.
