I’d love to keep 50, too…but that may need to happen for a big move.

Honestly, if we plan to go get Jameson, the Watson drop makes sense as a smokescreen

I edited my post while you posted that.

Teams needing a QB want a pick next year as ammo to go get their guy.

Look at the recent trade by Philly to show that..

Not gonna lie the prospect of filling our entire WR corps with elite level speed instead of just one big player is very enticing.

You had Hill and Hardman which cause problems but Pringle was average and Robinson was slow. You’re effectively getting 3 WR’s with 4.3 caliber speed to open up the field

I'm a big Trust Veach guy, but damn if he takes Watson he must be good with our WR corp for this year and probably next.

It's hard enough for a WR to make an impact early, much less one that can't run routes.

AND some real size there too. I mean how many corners can run 4.3 AND win a jump ball with 6'4" receivers?

Look, if the rumors are true, and it's Watson they like it would mean he aced the interview and they love the kid.

If THAT is true, sky's the limit.

This 'can't run routes' stuff is way overblown.

people make it seem like he's some clumsy knucklehead and that's not true.

He's a little sloppy with some footwork, because he could get away with it in college.

it's not really that different than most WR's coming out. most need some work refining their route running.
