Then again, I walked by these couple blocks the other day on the way to overpriced restaurants two blocks away, so probably just not paying attention to one dude on the corner after a concert at TMobile Center, heh.

It is nothing like the problem is in other areas. Lots of people who are wondering around but they really do not bother many people it is more awkward than anything.

Actual camps come and go but are pretty out of the way for the most part.
