Bills/ Bengals [cancelled - process in OP]

In case anyone needs it spelled out, we would play at a neutral site if the AFCCG ends up being Chiefs vs. Bills. All other scenarios abide by the usual rules (so any other game the Chiefs play will be at home).

Didn't they bring an ambulance on the field at Arrowhead when Trent Green got severely concussed and knocked out against the Bengals in 2006? I know that game didn't end because we lost.

What would happen if the defensive coordinator dropped dead of a heart attack on the sidelines?
What would the NFL do during the game?
Would they never play the game?
How would it be handled?

Play the ****ing game.

When a police office is shot do all the police stop working?

If a logger is badly injured do all the loggers stop working?

Stupid to not play again. Suspension of the game was the perfect answer, not ever finishing is not.

The Chiefs busted their asses all year...no way they should lose out on a coin toss because 2 teams decide not to play, if they go that route (not playing) then a tie/draw whatever you want to call it should be the result..it's not like the Bills were playing the Texans...

Flipping a coin is part of NFL tiebreaking procedure. It’s not like that’s just some option conjured up out of thin air.

I fully understand that a lot of you will disagree with me on that. Ultimately I want them to play the game even if it means an extra week to the season. But if that’s not in the cards for any number of reasons, then I’ll honestly enjoy the playoffs less if we’re able to get the 1 seed by virtue of the ‘no contest’ ruling. I know you guys will claim to not care, but if we end up winning a SB, we’re going to hear about that forever with an asterisk.

I’d rather leave up the 1 seed to a coin flip and then let the chips fall where they may. That way people can shut the **** up once and for all and we won’t have to litigate this for years on end.

**** flipping a coin. That is BS. If you want to do that then let the Chiefs play in the NFC playoffs and one of those teams can play us in the SB.

Get over it, Champ. The NFL is going to label that game as a 'No Contest'. The Chiefs will grab the #1 seed when they win Saturday. They earned it.

The only team that gets screwed in this scenario are the Bengals. Lets not pretend the Bengals weren't going to absolutely roll the Bills last night either. Burrow was cutting through their defense like a hot knife through butter. Bengals should be the #2 seed heading into the playoffs. Due to the tragedy that occurred last night the Bills instead hold the #2 seed.
