In case anyone needs it spelled out, we would play at a neutral site if the AFCCG ends up being Chiefs vs. Bills. All other scenarios abide by the usual rules (so any other game the Chiefs play will be at home).

Thing I wonder about is who all they needed to consult that has caused it to take this long? Their initial announcement about when the game needed to be completed seemed to be unilateral. I guess all the owners could be considered for input since precedent setting is involved.

it still bugs me they did it like this though. its really not the right thing to do and I hope they change it and implement a permanent ruling

Flip side for Cincy is it guarantees the North division for them. If they lost the Buffalo & Baltimore games, they might lose the division. If we end up with a No Contest for the Buffalo & Cincy game, it’s possible the Bengals will rest their starters in the Ravens game.

The NFL isn't going to move the postseason back a week. Even they aren't that dumb.

Bullshit. They should have played the game yesterday or today. Honestly, they should have finished the game Monday night but I get it. But to just cancel shit out...bullshit. A player had a tragic incident, I get it. It was upsetting and disturbing. But we don't just start erasing shit because a player was hurt.

It should be a forfeit by both teams if they aren't going to play. I know that's a bit insensitive to the guy that got hurt but I don't recall ever canceling a game because someone was hurt before. ****, we have had hurricanes that have devastated entire cities and all they did was postpone, re-schedule or move the game.

I wouldn't put it past them to appease Buffalo. Also there could be even dumber solutions we haven't thought about it.
