Bills/ Bengals [cancelled - process in OP]

In case anyone needs it spelled out, we would play at a neutral site if the AFCCG ends up being Chiefs vs. Bills. All other scenarios abide by the usual rules (so any other game the Chiefs play will be at home).

Sorry, but you are full of shit. Chiefs win, they will have earned the #1 seed fair and square.

Bengals were at 60% to win when the game was called...and were headed to a 14-3 lead....Bills were much closer to being blown out than they were winning.

Best case scenario for the Chiefs is to take care of business on Saturday against the Faiders, and then for the Pats to upset the Bills on Sunday--which I think is a decent possibility...then everything is moot.

I wonder if we could get the Raiders to agree to forfeit this weekend to:

1) Improve their draft position
2) Keep us healthy.

If the NFL is now open to not having teams play, run it up the flagpole.

true but ive seen them comeback there was a lot of football..

Thats why Im saying in that scenario. .

if the bills won out we had zero chance of gettng the bye..

obviously the game should count as a tie and we should get all the glory of the 1 seed but i see the NFLs side in not punishing a team who almost had a player die. . its a tough one and I think they have a decent solution. .

football is football the Chiefs are gonna either come out flat and backwards or dominant..i dont think the field matters at this point..

No use at getting mad at any of this. At the end of the day the NFL is a business and will do whatever best for their bottom line. Not 1 Chiefs fan is going to turn away from the NFL if the game is played at a netrual site

It was the first quarter and it was 7-3. Acting like Buffalo losing was a foregone conclusion is ridiculous.

And they're absolutely reeruned.

Call it reactionary as opposed to flat out favoritism if you want, but it couldn't be more obvious that all the crying the Bills , the media, and the fans did was the difference. I don't think it necessarily means the NFL hates the Chiefs, but it is what it is.

This is why I thought that post DJ made about you needing to see Goodell say it with his ID in his hands is so hilarious and spot on.

The same thing that kept you from seeing what everybody else could see in terms of the Bills not wanting to resume the game is the same thing that is keeping you from understanding why that rule finally got changed.

You're a smart dude, but your instincts and ability to read situations are just non-existent.

He has no reason to vote for it. I'd say he might vote yes just to be friendly but competitively there is no reason for him to vote in favor assuming the alternative is that it goes to winning percentage if it doesn't pass.

so youre so biased n your opinion u are giving the begals and extra 7 poiunts??

yes the Bengals were winning and couldve easily won but the Bills are a tough team that sticks around that was going to be a close game ..

I just dont think it seems like the NFL is out to get us. . we get a bye..im happy with that

thje Chiefs by Q2 have prob been like 85% to lose most of their games and we win. . that stat is dumb. .
