Roquan Smith signs 5 yr $100 mil contract $60 mil guaranteed
Largest contract for an off ball LB. People were arguing with me that Nick Bolton wouldn't get $15 mil/yr. This isn't a good sign for us keeping Bolton, because if the CAP doesn't fly sky high, then idk if they keep him.

Veach likes to extend good rookies and will probably do it later in season next year or in the off season after next year. So possibly a year away, but could be 2. Plenty early yet.

Doing it in season isn’t possible, can’t sign extensions until after 3rd accrued season.

Signing an off ball LB'er to that deal when your best pass rusher is 34 and the other is having an up and down second season is a bit of a risk I'd think.
