If the second half of 2022 and the playoffs are any indication…Orlando’s best football is in front of him. If the way he transformed his body last offseason is an indication of his work ethic in relation to backing up his hopes of one day landing in Canton…then having him reset the market early as possible makes all the sense.

Whatever switch that flipped for him in that SF game stayed on for the rest of the year with the exception of the bengals regular season game.

This offseason should be about getting Brown and Jones sorted out, even if that means we aren't big shoppers in F/A. I mean, we really shouldnt be big F/A shoppers regardless.

Veach kind of already spoke to this. Basically, he's going to ask Frank to restructure his deal. If Frank declines, he's prepared to release him at the deadline and try to get him back with a competitive bid afterwards. The feeling is that Frank will be released, and Veach will try to make him a competitive offer in Fa.

I’d add trying to get extensions signed with Sneed and Gay done early, too.

Next years cap is supposed to go up BIG. Double this years increase.

Last week Brett Veach said a deal with Brown would be “more beneficial for us to get something done long term.” They’re going to make it happen lol. No reason to panic.
