Had mine in November last year. Found it kind of odd that the prep for people is so different. Brother & my dad had one and their prep was different from mine and different from each other.

Mine was the over the counter Miralax. Think the process was something like take a couple pills, then mix up half of the Miralax bottle and drink it in 10 minutes. Then an hour later mix up the other half and drink it. Taste didn't bother me much. Other than going to the bathroom every 10 minutes, the prep wasn't bad.

The actual colonoscopy was, I guess, a breeze. I remember getting into the room, the doctor going "Ok, roll on your side" and the next thing I knew I was waking up in the recovery room.

I built it up into my head as some huge ordeal and was nervous going in. It's not. It's easy.
