I'm glad you know a) what Hollywood thinks and b) that the Chiefs area out of the WR race....saves us all time.

Calm down FFS.

Looks like we better just start drafting at least two WRs every year, because until Kelce and Jones retire we will never be able to afford even mid-level free agents. How frustrating when shit teams like the Titans totally screw the market. You almost wonder if they do it on purpose to ruin it for everyone else.

I was very much in the "get all rhe weapons" camp before this FA. I wanted a FA WR, a high draft WR and another weapon of some sort...but f*** this market. I'm with DJ now, keep Sneed, build out what you can in the draft. These contracts are insane.

Explicitly said it was Howie talking to him on the phone.

“He said that was one of the first things that Howie said to him on the phone as part of his sales pitch,” Franklin said, via Wogenrich. “Not only the Philadelphia Eagles and that that but also the connection with Penn State and the fan base as well. So just a really cool opportunity.”

That’s where I am at as well.

Use the draft to rebuild the WR position with at least two impact WR’s, sign a reasonably priced veteran WR such as OBJ who can help mentor and serve as a stopgap starter, and re-sign Donovan Smith or sign Tyron Smith at LT.

{psssst. DJ isn't sure he's with DJ right now. I have no ****ing clue what I'd do because I just have no earthly idea what's out there}

Yep, Sneed is way more valuable at $18-19 Ave Annual, compared to a 30 year old Receiver on a 4 year deal. Maybe get Brown on a 1 yr deal for $15, and trade Sneed, but jeez, we broke the league.

It's the same thing the Eagles have done. They have a young QB and they're going to do whatever it takes to put weapons around them and lift their game up and save everyone's job. Vikings are doing the same thing this offseason they just haven't drafted the QB yet.
