Lamb is an "elite" slot WR. He is absolutely uncoverable inside. Samuel isn't "elite" at anything.

His highlight are truly lacking in explosive plays down the field. I think you're basing this off of his 40 time and him as a prospect, because I'm not seeing a lot of "vertical 2" type of plays the last few years. He's almost been used exclusively as a lot guy.
