This offense hasn't been the same since Hill left (has been effective, but different.) This offense hasn't been the same since Fisher and Schwartz went down (this is true.) This offense was not good with Toney and Moore as the WR's. This offense was better with Rice. This offense was better with Rice and Hollywood, but not good with Thuney at LT and Caliendo at RG against an excellent front four. |

-Orlando was a decent playable LT who left for the Bengals. Smith was solid but missed over a month and Wanya got Mahomes killed -Kelce left his prime after 2022 and has not been the same since -Juju was WR1 and had about 1,000+ yards and left for the Patriots -McKinnon had 9 (!!!) receiving TD’s and then left his prime and became injury prone Those alone were the pillars of success in 2022. Since then we’ve had 26 drops in a season, then injuries to WR1/WR2/RB1 , 5 LT’s and the least explosive RB room in football. It’s personnel

Orlando Brown Jr was decent and better than Donovan Smith but not by a lot. JuJu leaving hurt but Rice became WR #1 by the playoff run and the offense still looked like shit compared to 2022. Kelce looked in his prime for the 2023 team's run. He was incredible. McKinnon was a nice bet but he was being paid 1 million, vet minimum type number. You're telling me Veach couldn't find a similar talent? Our offense went to #1 and scoring 38 against a stacked Eagles team in 2022 to 15-16 straight drives without a TD in the AF.C Championship and SB?! I will say this for Nagy. Dude has had the best gig since Doug Peterson holding a clipboard and doing that at 3 stops. |

I'm not sure I'm as high on Conerly as some, but I do think he's a better prospect than Kingsley. Or perhaps he's similar, but I'm more comfortable with where he's currently lacking.
I think he's most definitely a better mover than Kingsley and has better hands. The issue is strength with Conerly, I don't think that's a concern with Kingsley. I guess I'm just way more comfortable with a guy with good speed and agility and young enough to get stronger, than I am with other prospects with more questionable mobility. I know people are, reasonably, concerned with Stanley's injury record. But a situation where he's here on mega bucks for a year and Conerly redshirts, I think I'd be pretty happy with that. If he's starting, yeah, I'm nervous, but less nervous than seeing Kingsley there again. |
