dtebbe 3M TA3 Join Date: Jul 2001 Location: SoFlo Casino cash: $9993039	Supposedly if you submerge them in ice cold water right after they are done it both shrinks the egg making it easier to peel, and somehow makes the sulfur smell go away... heard it on good eats or some show like that. DT
