I created him and put him on there. Funny thing is I just switched to a new defense, called QB Contain and on some of those defenses it had Mitchell at OLB, Scanlon in the middle, and Johnson at OLB.
But in limited backup role he still pulled in more tackles then Kendrell Bell did and Bell is started.
Scanlon's overall on my game is a 76 now, when I created him I made his overall a 72.
