Meh... I just copied and pasted. I'll end up posting in whichever thread garners more interest.

But when I get some more pix, I'll post in both.

I made a roasted garlic potato salad... it's in the fridge, all the flavors marrying. Around 4 a.m. I'll drop my beans in the smoker for an hour or so... let it develop a little. When I pull it out, I'll add a water pan.
