Just curious....

Maybe if the Chiefs had drafted a decent QB like Ryan, things might be different.

Look at how quickly Atlanta and Miami have turned things around.

Can Herm and Carl learn from their mistakes?? Would you be down with that, or reject it?

Carl's had 20 years to "Do Over" his time is up.

Herm has taken his second team down faster than he did his first team. I'd be willing to give Herm a "Do Over". He can have Denver for his "Do Over".

Thats exactly my point. Just because you have bad management running the show, doesnt mean you stop stockpiling talent in fear they might get ruined.

A good majority of this board was swinging from Herms nutsack after he took DV's to the playoffs...

I want a coaching staff that can stockpile talent, and also develop them in the process.

I don't want a coaching staff that can't hit for shit (DV's drafting) and ruin the franchise without any young core players.

Pederson doesn't get a pass because he had one good draft this decade. He has been taking some huge chances with the draft and blowing off most first day picks by going for potential over talent.

There's going to be alot of weird defenses when Ryan is brought up because when we discussed him even acknowledge he'd likely go before us there still a good majority that didn't want him even if he fell so they look kinda stupid right now.
