Rebuilding is a word you use when you are losing. There is no rebuilding if you are winning football games. Hopefully Gonzalez realizes this with the new coaching staff as it appears he's been so brainwashed by Herm's way.

Whats he supposed to say? Oh, my team sucks. We will be lucky to win a few games? Professionals dont do that. He's careful with what words he uses imo.
