Technically, no paperwork has been signed and the vehicle has never left their lot at all so I still am allowed to back out of the "verbal" sale. I do appreciate what they are doing for me but, at the same time, this is all work that should have been done prior to putting it on the lot. One of the salesmen have been using it for the last 6 months as their personal vehicle. How the hell do you drive it for 6 months and not notice a transmission issue. I noticed it the minute I drove it off the lot on the test drive.
