I'm not certain that what I offered up was anything like a defense.
My point is... The fact that they're high draft picks hardly makes them worthy of having been drafted there or any good for that matter.

Ryan Sims was a former #1. And he sucks ass.

Which one of those players is truly worth their salt?
Hali's a middling Defensive End at best and we know very little about the other three.

which is why they need an excellent DC and right away. someone who knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to drafts. KC will have to scarp and build a new D line...we will need a couple of FA's and good draft picks....however, I am not certain that the most recent additions to the d coaching staff will know what to do with the talent. If you look at what they did with better talent with their previous teams, I don't think there is a lot of hope.

My first thought was that the retaining of Gailey as OC means the Chiefs really aren't that much in love with Stafford or Sanchez in the first round and there is a distinct possibility that Thigpen will be the starter this year with Croyle being given one more chance to stay healthy. Lord, I hope I'm wrong.
