I don't know anything about this business or their model, Mr. R&GHomer. But I started working from home quite a bit about a year ago and my main advice is this; Padlock the refrigerator door.

Whomever. When I started working from home a few days a week, I gained 5 pounds in about a month. It was unbelievable. A little stress? Let's have some cheerios!!! Long phone call? Hey! Ice cream!!!
