I would say the opposite on Nicks. The only reason he has crept into the late first round in some mocks is because of his monster bowl game. Before that, he was looked at as a nice player but never a first round talent.

I think the workouts will help Orakpo more than hurt him too. He is a freak in the weight room. But, good thing for us, Pioli wants players that produce on the football field and not in shorts and a Tshirt in the weight room.
