Movies and TV 2009 Oscars

I have slept...and now I am wondering if I am mentally challenged. I actually got into an argument with "professional Wrestling" fans, with mental superiority issues.

I was thrashed with the equivalent of "pwned" arguments and video clips of....you guessed it, Pro Wrestling. Not to mention the incredibly intelligent argument of "You have never said that you haven't taken it up the ass by Manchester United, so you must have....GOOD NIGHT, I WIN."

A dog pile, if you wish, with probably less teeth out of the group than an Arkansas NASCAR fan.

Yeah, I must be mentally challenged.

I'd say you are, because you're missing the point. We weren't attacking you with those clips and references, because (as you have said) you wouldn't understand them. What was being lost in translation was part of the humor.

For you, it must have been like people joking about you in a foreign language. There's no way that you could have participated. The idea was that you would give a futile attempt at communicating back to us, while we continue to talk over your head, the frustration and futility combining to make your reactions even funnier.

And you delivered very well.

I don't think hip hop is music, either, but I'd be the first to admit I don't know anything about art, other than really liking The Scream from Munch.
