This is "team first" Cassel and Vrable were brought in to show what "team first" means. There will be no superstars on this team, no Free agent monsters no larger then life draft picks.

Now I'm not saying Sanchez is a primadonna that couldnt adapt to the "patriot way" but a top 3 FRANCHISE QB sends a clear message to everyone.
