Call me whatever, I think if you aren't getting arrested or charged with things, that's enough for me to say, ok it was bullshit.

Under this standard you think anyone who is accused of anything should be suspended.

When there's a 574 page report detailing the night's events, I'd say that Goodell had PLENTY of reasons to suspend him.

True. They were discussing this on NFL Sirius the other day. They read it and said that there were some pretty strong and damning evidence against Ben.

They even said his bodyguard should have been arrested for being an accomplice since he held off people from getting near the bathroom.
