AND the players union isn't appealing.

Clearly there's some smoke of some kind there, whether there was enough for a criminal case or not.

True. They were discussing this on NFL Sirius the other day. They read it and said that there were some pretty strong and damning evidence against Ben.

They even said his bodyguard should have been arrested for being an accomplice since he held off people from getting near the bathroom.
