Money is money. It will still be there next year. Look at Sam Bradford - he had the worst junior season you could possibly imagine having and still went No. 1 overall. Short of getting his arm sawed off, Luck will likely still go No. 1 next year.

Look at Leinart and look at Locker. Locker went from being the #1 overall pick to not even being in the top 3 of his own position.

If he has some concussions next year or he jus plays terrible, he will likely slide down the board.
