2 years. That's what I had my wife tell her as well. She's going to want this job on her resume, so it's important to leave on good terms. She td my wife, "I won't use these assholes as references." my response: good luck explaining that 2 year gap in your resume.

Yeah. The latest is that she tried to convince the owner of the company that they were mandated to give her a severance package.
