The negative part is he hasn't continued to add to that talent at a rate that can make us competitive for a playoff win much less a Superbowl. If it wasn't for Eric Berry being a completely no doubt, obvious pick at 5, Pioli would look REALLY shitty right now.

I'm not saying that. I'm saying as a whole Pioli has had a pretty weak draft record here. Some good picks, one fantastic but obvious pick and some uses of draft picks that have seriously set back a franchise that was weak to begin with. I'm hoping Baldwin makes him look good, and I have high hopes for that, but we'll see.
