Hey guys, I'm trying to get some public exposure about my case in the media, and while I dont live in Missouri or Kansas, I do frequent here so I thought I'd share my story as well. Feel free to share if you are so inclined, any publicity I can get would be appreciated.

In our last hearing, she admitted that I'm the biological father, that she was telling me she wanted a divorce, that she did leave her husband, and that she was not having sex with her husband when the baby was concieved. Even after the judge chastised her for doing all that, they still said I have no right to ask for a DNA test.

Now think of it like this: If the husband had knocked up a single woman, could he also hide behind "the stability of the marriage", as isnt having a single woman asking for a DNA test interfereing in the marriage? Answer NO...they'd hit you up with CS and a DNA test so fast that your head would spin. This law only exists to protect women, and as such violates the equal protection clause of the constitution.

Anyways thought I would share my story.

Our stories are very similar
My advise,Get the best lawyer money can buy. I did it & took custody away from my lil girls mom. My X is a bitch. that has worked for the post office for 20 years, Has a masters degree. Everyone said & I mean every one.

LIVE STEAM you dont stand a chance of taking custody away from her. You are wasting thousands of dollars on a pipe dream.

I didnt care. I looked at this way.
When Saylor (my lil buglet) is all grown up,I dont want her asking me why I didnt fight for her. Win or lose at least I wont have to cross that bridge.
My next step was finding a lawyer that I felt could win this case. I didn't really have anything but hearsay.
So I interviewed several lawyers or they interviewed me. Anyways, the first words out of my mouth to each lawyer was. LOSING IS NOT AN OPTION! Lets get that straight before we get started. Some said good day & that was that.
Others listened to what I had to say, then said I dont think I can win with this.
But 1 lawyer said. LIVE STEAM I will destroy her & her attorney. BINGO!
You sir are hired. I did what he said, Kept my HUGE MOUTH SHUT!
& have had custody of my lil girl since 2005

You are the father. YOU HAVE RIGHTS! Just as many as her.

What's the divorce rate in the US?

What's the divorce rate in the US when the wife has an affair?

What's the divorce rate in the US when the wife has an affair, and has a baby by someone other than the husband?

I think you'll find that it's pretty high. And if/when that happens you think he's going to keep caring for that child that he knows is not his? Yet how is that in his best interests? At least this way, even if I lose, that child wont have to deal with finding out 16 years down the road (when he's arguing with whom he thinks is his father) that his father really isnt..

Show me where the OP said that he wanted a normal family. He said that he wants a DNA test to prove that this is HIS son.
