Seriously, Fisher has more 8 - 8 season than any other coach I can think of. Add to that the fact this Titan fan base is about 90% "true fans" there was very little pressure on Fisher to win.

Not to mention the last time the Titans made a playoff run at 13 - 3 they lost in the first round, at home, with homefield advantage, with an aging vet QB, strong runing game and D. Does that sound remotely familer to anyone on this board orver the age of 25?
