He didn't even get three full years and took us to the play-offs. I'm tired of starting over every 3-4 years. That's why we can't win, because we are changing scheme's all the time. Everytime you do that, most of the players on the team, don't fit. Its why teams like the Steelers and Patriots are so good, they don't change coaches.

He took us to the playoffs on a weak schedule and a legit OC running the offense. Get over it.

Weak schedule or not, they still beat NFL teams. I'm not totally defending him, I just tired of starting over.
