The hail mary and rivers****up is gonna cost us.

The only way Pioli is gonna draft a qb is if he is forced to by one just sitting there. I don't really see him trading up. He did supposedly try and trade up last year so maybe it was a sign to come.

FWIW I'm not sure all the nfl gms are as high on RGIII as we on the CP are. I think he's probably rated behind Landry Jones at 4 right now. After the combine and predraft stuff that will likely change.

Rick Gosselin of the Dallas Morning News, one of the foremost draft analysts, thinks Griffin will be a top-ten pick.

“[NFL scouts] are looking at what Tim Tebow and Cam Newton are doing, this is a better version of Cam Newton and Tim Tebow,” Gosselin says.

I have no doubt about that Knowmo. I can't quote it as I don't remember where I read it but I remember someone saying gms were afraid of his under center stuff.

I think the NFL is going more towards the Cam style. I think Tebow can be effective he just needs to keep improving as a passer. It's a shame Vince Y was about 5 years too early.

I think RGIII will be a top 10 pick for sure.

Interesting to know what your take is KnowMo.

That's impossible.

Both of those teams would beat us by 3 scores on a neutral field.

How can this team even suck at being bad? The Chiefs are worse than all but maybe 3 or 4 teams on that list and somehow we're going to be picking behind them.

This has to be one of the 5 hardest teams in sports to root for.

There will never be anything like Tebow again. He is a rare breed. He is just a phenomenal football player who has a Michael Jordan-like fire burning deep inside him. Tebow's drive and work ethic will turn him into a 60%+ passer sooner rather than later and his competitiveness and will to win will turn him into the best QB in the league.

Except Jordan was good even when the other team wasn't laying off.
