So - I dont think its polygamy, because only one is getting married. And I think the only state this would be illegal in is Utah. Considering having sex outside of marriage is illegal there.

This would basically come down to not being illegal at first at least. Maybe with time and the common law marriage rule, it would become illegal, but im no lawyer.
