I'd follow the "just move on" advice line. However...
If she has no money just take her out to dinner. Order the surf & turf with a $30 dollar bottle of wine and an expensive appetizer then when dinner is done tell her you're going to bathroom and leave. Simple. Embarrassing. Try to get a friend she doesn't know to record the dumb look on her face with his cell phone. But seriously, just move on.
