Pat Robertson thinks a Manning injury would "serve them right"
http://content.usatoday.com/communit...1#.T2xoCo4yei9
Robertson is not happy with the Broncos shipping out Tim Tebow. So unhappy that he's wishing Peyton Manning bad karma. Robertson has his own bounty out on the new QB. Robertson said Denver treated Tebow "shabbily" after all he did for the "nothing team" last season. "And you just ask yourself, OK, so Peyton Manning was a tremendous MVP quarterback, but he's been injured. If that injury comes back, Denver will find itself without a quarterback. And in my opinion, it would serve them right," he said on the 700 Club. Robertson has had Tebow's back before. He blasted Saturday Night Live for doing a skit that he felt made fun of Tebow's religious beliefs. |

I hope your steroids make your balls fall off and your liver fail and you slip on the bench and take a full bar to the throat.

Manning, Hunter honored
Updated: June 20, 2010, 9:16 PM ET Associated Press INDIANAPOLIS -- Peyton Manning always dreamed of being as good a football player as his dad. Archie Manning might be more even impressed with how his son has embraced the importance of giving back to his community. On Sunday, the NFL's four-time MVP winner was honored for his charitable work by earning the Youthlinks Indiana National Pathfinder Award, becoming the first second generation member to win the award. "It's neat," Peyton Manning said. "You know this morning we were all together down in Jackson, Miss., for something Eli was doing and it's not often we all get to be together like that. But it's really an honor to be here to get this award." The award is given to individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to helping children, and few have been more active in that pursuit than football's first family. Manning's parents shared the Pathfinder Award in 2006 but did not attend Sunday's banquet. The perennial Pro Bowler, however, flew back to Indianapolis, where he serves as the face of the Colts' franchise and has one of the city's most prominent charitable organizations, the PeyBack Foundation to show everyone that what it really means to be like father, like son. Last year, Manning's annual celebrity bowling tournament raised $335,000 for at-risk children, and he annually hosts local high school football games at Lucas Oil Stadium to open the prep season. Manning also has donated Christmas gifts to underprivileged children in Indiana, Tennessee and Louisiana for more than a decade. But three years ago, Manning's contributions took on a whole new dimension when a local children's hospital changed its name to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St.Vincent's. Manning and his wife, Ashley, run the foundation "You know no one wants to go to the hospital and go to the doctor, but if we can give them some sense of being comfortable there, helping them, that's what we want to do," Manning said. "You don't know how much it means every time we get a letter from a parent about their visit." http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/s...e=NFLHeadlines Yep. I'm sure God will strike down the Broncos for letting such a horrible man be part of our team. Maybe God will let Pat Robertson watch? |

I remember that time he was pissed about Vince Young's shabby treatment by the Titans.

I didn't know Robertson was a faith healer.
That's hilarious. How can anyone believe a guy who used to be a scam artist? |

If someone truly wants to believe the scam, it doesn't take an artist.

Meanwhile, I think we should find out what Paula Deen thinks about the Tebow situation. Her opinion is equally valid.
