No, she was told that he had a gun by the other people involved in the traffic incident. She admitted to not actually seeing Dumervil with a gun.

So you're saying that the people from the white Impala made sure to make it clear to the Victoria's Secret employee that it was indeed both men that lifted their shirts to show a gun, and not just one of them?
